Advisory Council for Corporate Training Our Advisory Council is dedicated to leading the development, implementation, and facilitation of a six-month corporate training program designed for leaders. Rooted in Indigenous values and traditional ways of knowing, the team will guide this transformative journey with a collective approach that mirrors how important decisions were made within Indigenous tribes prior to colonization.

 

In this model, decision-making is shared among many, ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and valued, rather than relying on the judgment of a single individual. The six-month program will focus on equipping corporate leaders with the knowledge and tools to foster inclusivity, understand Indigenous histories, and implement sustainable practices that reflect cultural respect and awareness.

 

By drawing on the collective wisdom and experience of our advisory team, participants will gain a richer understanding of how to lead with integrity and cultural competency in today’s evolving workplaces. This collaborative leadership approach ensures that each stage of the training program is crafted with intention, drawing from lived experiences and Indigenous knowledge systems, while addressing the unique needs of modern organizations.
